Established in Warsaw in 2006, AC STEEL Sp. z o.o. has spent nearly two decades in a single, well-defined discipline: the sourcing, recovery and trading of copper-bearing and other non-ferrous scrap.
Every recycling system depends on intermediaries who can consolidate fragmented, variable-grade material and present it to refiners and processors as a dependable, specification-aligned input. AC STEEL occupies precisely that position — the merchant-recycler tier that connects the point of generation with industrial demand. It is unglamorous, capital-disciplined work, and the company’s standing rests on doing it consistently across market cycles rather than on scale for its own sake.

OWNERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
AC STEEL is a private limited liability company (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością), led by its President of the Management Board, Marek Suchowolec, who has guided the company since its early years. The governance model is intentionally lean: clear lines of accountability, a conservative risk appetite and a long-term view of counterparty relationships.
